Emergency Maintenance

As of now, the HOA does not have a contracted service for emergency maintenance on the building. However, EBR does respond to warranty requests for this first operating year, at the Board’s request, and for emergencies, owners and tenants should contact the Board to determine whether the HOA should request ad hoc emergency services for common utilities, schedule ERB to come out for non-emergency repair request, or provide instructions for handling any other maintenance request.
